[0013] A new salt bath vulcanization process can completely avoid the phenomenon of sticking film in the drawing die. A new salt bath sulfurizing process is characterized in that the sulfurizing temperature is 180-190°C and the time is 6-8 hours. The salt bath sulfurizing formula includes 99% by weight of industrial sulfur, 1% of iodine and 0.2% of iron powder. The process includes pretreatment and final low temperature salt bath sulfurization treatment. Pretreatment includes: washing in gasoline, degreasing and boiling for 10-30 minutes, then washing with cold water, surface activation and rust removal at 25°C for 30 seconds, and then washing with cold water to remove the activator. The degreasing formula is NaOH 100g / L, NaOH 2 CO 3 30g / L, Na 2 PO 4 12H 2 O is 30g / L, and the rest is water. The formulation of the activator is HNO by volume 3 15%, HCL 15%, H 2 SO 4 2%~3% and water.
