Abstract

The invention relates to a process and a device for producing MTBE (Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether) through blending and refining high-concentration isobutene. The process comprises the following steps of: placing the purchased high-concentration isobutene in a storing tank 2 through a flowmeter1, metering through a metering pump 3 or a metering pump 4, and arranging a high-concentration isobutene conveying pipeline; conveying quantitative high-concentration isobutene to a C4 raw material tank 5 or a C4 raw material tank 6 of an MTBE device, wherein the concentration of isobutene is increased in the raw material C4 by utilizing a blending and refining method; and finally incorporating into a production system, wherein the outlet end of the high-concentration isobutene pipeline, at the back of the metering pump 3 or the metering pump 4, is arranged on the C4 raw material tank 5 or the C4 raw material tank 6 entering the MTBE device, and the other end of the pipeline, in front of the metering pump, is connected with the high-concentration isobutene storing tank 2. The process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the problem that the concentration of the isobutene in the raw material C4 is low can be solved; the MTBE yield is increased; the unit energy consumption of the production is reduced; and the production cost is saved.
