The human resource management system based on SaaS is divided into six levels which are an operation interface, an application service layer, an application integration layer, a SaaS service platform, a foundation framework layer and a data service layer in sequence. The human resource management system based on SaaS is divided into six modules which respectively are a human resource planning module, a recruitment and deployment module, a training and development module, a performance management module, a salary and welfare management module and a labor relation management module. The human resource management system based on SaaS is beneficial to achieving aims of effective planning, organizing, controlling and using of the human resource with investment as little as possible on the foundation of the existing information technology (IT) infrastructure.
