The method comprises the following steps of providing an aluminum or aluminum alloy matrix; carrying out anodic oxidation on the aluminum or aluminum alloy matrix; with aqueous solution containing sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid as electrolyte, forming an anodic oxide film on the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy matrix, wherein the anodic oxide film comprises a barrier layer and a porous layer which are sequentially formed on the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy matrix and a plurality of second oxidation layers are also formed in the anodic oxide film and penetrate through the barrier layer and the porous layer; and forming an electroplated layer on the anodic oxide film by adopting an electroplating way. The invention also provides a product manufactured by adopting the method.
