Abstract

The foam material consists of an A component and a B component, wherein the A component is polyisocyanate with degree of functionality ranging from 2.0 to 3.5, and the B component consists of flame-retardant polyether or polyester polyol containing phosphor, flame-retardant polyether or polyester polyol containing halogen, polyether polyol, polyolefin polyol, a foam stabilizing agent, a foaming agent, a cross linker, a chain extender, a catalyst and a fire retardant. The material disclosed by the invention is excellent in mechanical performance, high-flame-retardant performance and long storage resistance, and the material overcomes shortcoming of poor storage performance of the original highly flame-retardant hard polyurethane foam material as well as a problem of contradictory fire retardant and mechanical performance; and the material is applicable to buildings with comparatively high fire-retardant grade.
