The method comprises the following steps that 1), a user terminal computes a channel estimated value of the user terminal; 2), the user terminal selects the most relevant code word in a given codebook according to the channel estimated value, and computes an index value corresponding to the code word, wherein the index value comprises a first half part and a second half part; 3), the user terminal compares the index value of the code word with an index value of the previous code word, judges whether the front half parts of the index values are the same, if yes, the user terminal only feeds back the second half part of the index value to a sending end, or else, the user terminal feeds back all the index values; and 4), the sending end looks up the corresponding code word according to the received index value of the codebook, and serves the corresponding code word as a user channel estimated value.
