[0024] In this embodiment, o-pyridine monoimine zinc complex [N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridine) p-phenylenediamine] ZnCl 2 The crystal structure of figure 1 shown.

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0025] Specific embodiment 2: In this embodiment, the preparation method of the organic red light material o-pyridine monoimine zinc complex is realized according to the following steps:

[0026] 1. Add 25-30 mg of N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridine)-p-phenylenediamine and 26-32 mg of ZnCl 2 dissolved in CH 3 OH, heated to reflux for 2.5 to 3.5 hours to obtain a yellow turbid liquid; 2. Pour the yellow turbid liquid obtained in step 1 directly into a Buchner funnel for suction filtration to obtain a solid powder; 3. Dissolve the solid powder in step 2 in CH 3 In CN, heat to 80-90°C for 2-6 hours, then collect the filtrate by filtration, and the filtrate volatilizes CH at room temperature 3 CN, to obtain the zinc complex of o-pyridine monoimine.

Abstract

The invention relates to an organic luminescent material and a preparation method thereof, particularly an organic red-light material o-pyridyl monoimido zinc / mercury complex and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problems of low yield of synthesis method and poor monochromaticity in the existing organic red luminescent material. The organic red-light material is an o-pyridyl monoimido zinc complex [N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridyl)-p-phenylenediamino]ZnCl2 or o-pyridyl monoimido mercury complex [N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridyl)-p-phenylenediamino]HgCl2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. dissolving N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridyl)-p-phenylenediamine and HgCl2 or ZnCl2 in CH3OH, and heating under reflux; 2. carrying out vacuum filtration on the turbid liquid, and collecting the solid powder; and 3. dissolving in CH3CN, heating to react, and filtering to obtain the o-pyridyl monoimido zinc / mercury complex. The yield of the organic red-light material is higher than 75%; and the organic red-light material has favorable monochromaticity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an organic luminescent material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent decades, reports on crystal engineering of complexes have experienced exponential development, showing great application potential in the fields of molecular magnets, microporous solids, heterogeneous catalysis, optics, conductivity, and chiral materials. Among them, metal complexes with strong fluorescent light-emitting ability have very important potential application value and can be developed as new light-emitting functional materials. At present, a lot of research work has been carried out on the synthesis of various red fluorescent materials at home and abroad. The most mature and commercialized one is Y 2 o 3 :Eu 3+ red fluorescent material, however Y 2 o 3 :Eu 3+ Matrix Y in 2 o 3 It is relatively expensive, and many materials generally have poor stability and complex synthetic routes. Therefore, it is of ...
