Abstract

The device and the method resolve the problems in the prior art of large dust, sterilization difficulty, incapability in continuous production, long fermentation time, low alcohol output and the like caused by the fact that raw materials are broken and conveyed in the air. Sugar grass stalks are delivered into a breaker through a raw material delivery machine, enter a sterilization material collection tank through a closed pipeline, then enter a delivery machine, simultaneously are subjected to vaccination through a vaccination spraying pipe and delivered into a rotating bucket type solid fermentation tank for fermentation in the closing state after bacteria distribution and material stirring. Fermented materials are delivered into an alcohol distiller for continuous distillation in the closing state, and steam containing alcohol enters a cooling tower for separation.
