The invention provides direct-current intelligent
coating equipment used for a rail. The direct-current intelligent
coating equipment comprises a box body, a photovoltaic
energy storage assembly and a
coating plate
assembly. The box body is internally provided with a control box and a
grease storage box. The control box is internally provided with a charging and discharging controller and an
automatic control system. A storage battery is arranged in the box body and on the lower portion of the control box. A
grease pump is fixed to a bottom plate at the bottom of the
grease storage box. A motor is fixed to the lower portion of the grease storage box. The coating plate
assembly is fixed to one side of the steel rail through a coating plate fixing device. An output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the input end of the grease pump. The grease pump is connected with the coating plate assembly through an oil
pipe. An electromagnetic sensor is arranged on the inner side of a linear segment of the steel rail. According to the direct-current intelligent coating equipment used for the rail, the structure is simple, operation and maintenance for working personnel are convenient, manpower and
