The multifunctional office chair is characterized in that the massaging assembly is arranged at the rear side of the chair back assembly and used for massaging the back of a human body; the connecting assembly comprises a fixed plate, a connecting frame, pull rods, torsional springs and a chair cushion guide rail assembly; the fixed plate is fixedly arranged on the chair frame; the connecting frame is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate and the chair cushion is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate through the chair cushion guide rail assembly; the chair back assembly is rotatably connected to the connecting frame; and the linkage of the chair cushion and the chair back assembly is realized through the pull rods. When the chair back assembly lies down, the chair cushion is driven by the pull rods to move far away from the chair back assembly on the chair cushion guide rail assembly. The torsional springs are arranged on the chair back assembly and the connecting assembly and used for returning the chair back assembly which lies down.
