Embodiment Construction

[0031] In the present invention, the example of rocking type sinusoidal oscillator structure sees figure 2 As shown, it includes a DC motor 1, a rotating shaft 2 for outputting the power of the DC motor, and a swing oscillator 3 connected to the rotating shaft 2. Wherein, the voltage of the DC motor 1 is 6-24 volts, the power is 15-20 watts, and the rated output torque is 2-30 kg / cm. The swinging vibrator 3 is a rectangular block with a height of 6mm, a length of 15mm, and a width of 10mm. The diameter of the rotating shaft 2 is 6 cm, and the distances between the center line of the rotating shaft 2 and the two ends of the swinging oscillator 3 are 5 mm and 10 mm, respectively.

[0032] The structure of head support platform 5 is referring to image 3 shown. Its length is 600mm, height is 60mm, and width is 200mm. A groove with a width of 120-200mm and a depth of 30mm is provided laterally to support the patient's head. The two ends of the head fixing belt 6 are respecti...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an inner ear low-frequency shear stress vibrator for treating Meniere's disease. So far, the principle of endolymphatic shunt for treating the Meniere's disease is that the endolymph is manually opened to replace the non-functional endolymphatic sac in order to ease endolymphatic hydrops. However, the therapeutic theory is challenged by a clinical research specifically designed by Denmark. The invention designs the vibrator which carries out non-invasive low-frequency shear stress on an inner ear via mastoid process skin, and determines a release method and parameters. The clinical application of the vibrator can remove the pain of patients with Meniere's disease receiving treatment in operations, eliminate any risk in operative treatment and remarkably reduce medical cost, thus benefiting the patients and the society.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a device for treating Meniere's disease. Background technique [0002] Meniere's disease is a combination of symptoms characterized by vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus and ear fullness, which significantly affect the quality of life and work ability of patients. According to the U.S. health claims database, as a chronic disease, it occurs in 190 cases per 100,000 people; however, epidemiological survey results show a rate of 513 cases per 100,000 people. The most descriptive pathological feature of Meniere's disease-endolymphatic hydrops may be caused by the absorption of endolymphatic fluid by endolymphatic vessels and endolymphatic sacs, and induce the imbalance of water and ion microenvironment, disturbing the endolymphatic potential. The applicant of this patent found that gadolinium-enhanced MRI can realize the in vivo visualization of endolymphatic hydro...
