The vehicle-mounted system is responsible for acquiring and storing interior and exterior video images, and performing works of vehicle passenger capacity statistics, driver fatigue state detection, interior abnormal condition detection, manual alarm information detection, vehicle running information acquisition and the like. According to the passenger car safety pre-warning system provided by the invention, by acquiring a video image at the position of a car door and adopting a regional movement vector clustering-based passenger capacity detection method, accurate statistics of the number of people getting on or off a car is realized. By acquiring a face video image of a driver and adopting a fatigue detection method of self-template matching, the accurate detection of fatigue driving is realized, and therefore, the goal that the passenger car runs safety is achieved. By using the intelligent video analysis-based overload detection technology, the passenger car safety pre-warning system is high in detection precision.
