The aerosol cultivation method is characterized in that anoectochilus roxburghii seedlings are fixed in an aerosol cultivation device after being cleaned and disinfected, and root parts of the anoectochilus roxburghii seedlings are exposed; the aerosol cultivation device is provided with sealing space, a plurality of anoectochilus roxburghii fixing holes communicated with the inside and the outside are formed in the sealing walls, and the asnoectochilus roxburghii seedlings are fixed on the fixing holes with the stem leaf parts to be outward and root parts to be inward; and sprayers for performing gas atomization on nutrient solution are arranged in the sealing space of the aerosol cultivation device, and the nutrient solution after gas atomization is absorbed by the exposed root parts. As the aerosol cultivation method is adopted, compared with earth cultivation, the survival rate is greatly improved by more than 90%, the growth cycle is shortened to only 2-3 months, and the plants are generally 4-5 cm longer than those obtained through the earth cultivation method, and in addition, planting density and yield per unit land area are further increased.
