This invention provides an integrated cultivation method for *Anoectochilus roxburghii* tissue culture seedlings, combining intelligent filling of culture medium with assisted manual transfer, belonging to the field of plant tissue culture technology. The cultivation method includes the following steps: preparing the culture medium and filling it into culture bottles using an intelligent filling system; dispensing the culture medium from the culture bottles into culture containers via an automatic conveyor belt, activating the sealing system to ensure the sealing film tightly adheres to the surface of the culture container; after sealing, verifying the seal integrity of the culture container using a visual inspection system, and sterilizing the qualified culture containers; transporting the sterilized culture containers to a transfer workstation via a conveyor chain, and manually transferring tissue culture seedlings at different cultivation stages to culture containers containing the culture medium required for the next cultivation stage under a clean operating environment; and transferring the transferred culture containers to an intelligent cultivation chamber for further cultivation.
