A plurality of blocks of FLASH is partitioned, and the partitioned areas are divided into a plurality of storage units; the capacity of each storage area is not smaller than a preset user information amount, so as to guarantee that data can be continuously written in until a complete storage area is filled with the data; and one-time erasure operation is performed on a previous storage area after the data are successfully written in the next storage area, accordingly, the times for erasing the FLASH are reduced, the data can be erased after the data are successfully written in, and a traditional operation method of firstly erasure and later writing-in is avoided, so that the problem of data loss in the storage process is solved, and the reliability in the whole data storage process is improved; and besides, the FLASH is utilized for simulating an E2PROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) for data storage, so that an E2PROM device is omitted, and the hardware cost is reduced.
