The laser measuring device comprises a base, a rotary table, a laser displacement sensor, a transverse moving mechanism and a longitudinal moving mechanism, wherein the base is used for supporting other parts of the measuring device; the rotary table is arranged on the base and used for placing and rotating the adjustable paddle blade to be measured; the transverse moving mechanism is used for adjusting the position, corresponding to a measuring point on the adjustable paddle blade, of the laser displacement sensor in the horizontal direction; the longitudinal moving mechanism is used for adjusting the position, corresponding to the measuring point on the adjustable paddle blade, of the laser displacement sensor in the vertical direction; and the laser displacement sensor is used for collecting the distance between the measuring point on the adjustable paddle blade and the laser displacement sensor.
