When other ECU nodes in the network all meet the dormancy condition, dormancy inform waiting information is generated to enable an application layer to generate a communication closing command. After the communication closing command is received, modules in a communication layer close a communication function. When time of modules in the network management layer entering the dormancy waiting state reaches the preset value and awaking accidents do not happen, dormancy entering inform information is generated. The modules in the application layer generate a controller area network (CAN) transceiver dormancy command and a CAN controller dormancy command successively to enable a CAN transceiver and a CAN controller to enter the dormancy state successively.
