Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for detecting the retention effect of a retention aid in pulp, the specific steps are as follows:

[0024] First, take the pulp of a newsprint machine in a paper mill without adding fillers and papermaking auxiliaries, prepare 500ml of a solution with a dry weight of the pulp of 1.5g, and use a standard pulp deflaker for 9000 rpm. Then use NaCl to adjust the conductivity of the decomposed slurry to 2000 μs / cm, and use NaOH and hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of the decomposed slurry to 7.5.

[0025] After adjusting the slurry, add 30% filler CaCO 3 , the slurry and CaCO 3 Stir evenly and add to the dynamic water filter (DDJ), then add different amounts of retention aids (cationic cassava residues) for stirring, the treatment conditions are: the speed is 750r / min, the stirring time is 20s, and finally the stirrer is turned on to collect the filtrate.

[0026] Use a liquid gun to draw 10 μl of filtrate into the sample tube, then use a liquid gun to dra...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of detecting retention effect of retention agent in paper pulp. The method comprises following steps: (1) putting slurry after being untwined into a dynamic drainage jar (DDJ), setting the rotation speed at 300 to 3000 r/min, adding in a retention agent, stirring for 10 to 60 seconds, and gathering filtrate; (2) diluting the filtrate, adding in a coloring agent, dyeing for 3 to 10 minutes in the absence of light, detecting by using a laser particle analyzer, adjusting the flow speed to make sure that the number of fine component detected in a second is smaller than 1000, and obtaining the analysis data; (3) thus, obtaining the detention effect of the retention agent according to the analysis data of the step (2). The method of detecting retention effect of retention agent in paper pulp can detect the content and size change of fine components in the filtrate, can effectively evaluate the using effect of the retention agent, and provides the most direct technology reference for retention effect of online detection auxiliary agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of papermaking, in particular to a method for detecting the retention effect of a retention aid in pulp. Background technique [0002] At present, there are many types of retention aids used in paper mills, the quality standards are not uniform, and the structural performance varies greatly. Paper mills lack a set of methods for evaluating and determining application conditions in use, so they have to explore in practical applications, which is not only time-consuming, but also affects normal production. [0003] At present, the main methods for detecting the retention effect of retention aids are: using colloidal charge titration and dynamic water filter (DDJ), ultraviolet spectrophotometer or turbidimeter to comprehensively evaluate the retention effect of papermaking retention aids. However, the colloidal charge titration method can only detect the change of the charge of the solution, and it is easy to produce su...
