The invention discloses a weight determination method for power communication heterogeneous network selection, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the subjective weight of a power communication heterogeneous network through employing an analytic hierarchy process, obtaining the objective weight of the power communication heterogeneous network through employing an improved entropy weightmethod, and searching a compromise between the two weights through employing a game theory. Therefore, the deviation between each weight and the optimal weight is minimized, and a relatively balancedand coordinated combined weight vector, namely the optimal weight combination weight selected by the power communication heterogeneous network, is obtained. An analytic hierarchy process is combined with an improved entropy weight method, professional judgment of experts is considered, and objectivity of a network selection result is guaranteed. Therefore, rationality and effectiveness of heterogeneous network access selection are ensured, wireless network resources are optimized, network capacity is improved, and power multi-service requirements can be met.
