Abstract

The invention provides a performance evaluation device for a gas leakage infrared imaging detecting system. The performance evaluation device comprises an air chamber with infrared windows, a facial differential blackbody radiation source, a gas concentration sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a collimating optical system. The facial differential blackbody radiation source comprises a target blackbody and a background blackbody, wherein the air chamber is arranged between the target blackbody and the background blackbody. The gas concentration sensor, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are arranged in installation holes in the side wall of the air chamber. The background blackbody is located on the focal plane of the collimating optical system. The front face and the rear face of the air chamber are respectively provided with one infrared window. The side wall of the air chamber is provided with an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole. The background blackbody is provided with a hollowed-out area for forming a target pattern with spatial frequency being fx. The temperature of the target blackbody can be controlled and is used for forming temperature difference between the target blackbody and the background blackbody. By increasing concentration of gas to be detected in the air chamber continuously, the performance evaluation device can comprehensively evaluate the temperature resolution and the spatial resolution of the system.
