A high-power ultrasonic probe is put in a well, a ground admittance measuring system, which comprises an excitation device and a collection device, is positioned on the ground; the excitation device emits signals with various frequencies, the signals are added to the high-power ultrasonic probe through a special cable, during the well descending process of the high-power ultrasonic probe, the collection device continuously measures a curve of admittance of high-power ultrasonic probes in various depth changed along with the frequencies through the special cable, that is, the collection device acquires the admittance curve of the probe through a frequency scanning manner; whether the high-power ultrasonic probe enters into liquid or not is judged according to the shape change of the probe admittance curve, and the liquid level position can be determined according to the depth in which the high-power ultrasonic probe enters the liquid; according to the measured liquid level, whether the stratum is blocked or not can be judged by referring the pore pressure. The device measures before and after the ultrasonic operation, can evaluate the operation effect according to the liquid level change, and can ensure the validity of the ultrasonic operation, and particularly for a deep well, when the pore pressure is larger, the measuring effect is more obvious.
