A passage is formed inside the valve body. The valve seat opens and closes the passage of the valve body while sliding. The plunger is coupled to the valve seat and is slid along a longitudinal direction. The core is arranged in a position to be spaced from the plunger and is composed of a ferromagnetic substance. The first coil and the permanent magnet magnetize the core. The second coil attenuates magnetic force of the core magnetized by the permanent magnet. The restoring spring elastically support so that the plunger can be apart from the core. The control circuit controls the operation of the first and second coils.
