Abstract

The invention discloses a substitution circuit of a low-threshold voltage diode. The substitution circuit comprises an input voltage detection circuit (100), an output voltage control circuit (200) and an output voltage switch circuit (300). The input voltage detection circuit (100) is used for detecting input voltage of the input end (IN), reducing the input voltage to form first input voltage and outputting the first input voltage to the output voltage control circuit (200). The output voltage control circuit (200) is used for performing inverted output of the first input voltage to form switch control voltage, controlling the voltage and opening and closing of the output voltage switch circuit (300) through a switch. When the output voltage switch circuit (300) is opened, voltage drop between the input end (IN) and the output end (OUT) is close to zero. When the output voltage switch circuit (300) is closed, reverse leakage current is zero.
