Abstract

The invention provides a chrominance optical detection system and a chrominance optical detection method. The chrominance optical detection system comprising a microprocessor, an input module, a display module, an alarm prompting module, a data access module, a power supply processing module, an LED driving module and a chrominance acquisition module, wherein the input module, the display module, the alarm prompting module, the data access module, the power supply processing module, the LED driving module and the chrominance acquisition module are connected with the periphery of the microprocessor. The chrominance acquisition module comprises a sealing mechanism and a photovoltaic conversion element, wherein the photovoltaic conversion element is arranged at the output end of the sealing mechanism. An object to be detected is placed at the front end of the sealing mechanism, a scheme for acquiring collected light is selected according to the luminescence characteristic of the object to be detected, the chrominance acquisition module acquires light parameters of the collected light and converts the light parameters into electrical parameters, and the microprocessor calculates chrominance representing values according to the converted linear electrical parameters. The chrominance optical detection system and the chrominance optical detection method are wide in application range and suitable for luminous objects and non-luminous objects, data quantification can be conducted on the chrominance representing values, quality can be effectively managed and controlled, human cost is saved, automation and high efficiency are achieved, and production efficiency of a whole production line is improved.
