A motor inner stator includes an iron core and a winding and is characterized in that: the iron core is composed of two half-iron-cores in a splicing-inserting manner; each half-iron-core is provided with a cylindrical hub unit; a shaft hole is arranged in a center of the cylindrical hub unit; a plurality of reel spokes are uniformly distributed at intervals on a circumferential surface of the cylindrical hub unit; an outer rim unit is arranged outside the reel spokes; and the winding is arranged around the reel spokes and fills space which is formed by enclosing of the cylindrical hub unit, the reel spokes and the outer rim after the splicing-inserting of the two half-iron-cores. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: placing the half-iron-cores on a winding device, starting the winding machine, winding around the reel spokes of the half-iron-cores, and stopping winding when the wire covers the space formed by the enclosing of the outer rim, the reel spokes and the cylindrical hub unit. The advantages that the motor performance is improved, the winding is simple, the full-slot rate is high, the winding cost is low are realized.
