Abstract

The friction screw press comprises a flywheel which is connected with a sliding block through a screw pair to control descending and rising of the sliding block. A first edge and a second edge which are close are arranged on the flywheel, the first edge is opposite to the first end of a first friction wheel, the second edge is opposite to the first end of a second friction wheel, the second friction wheel is fixed on a first spindle serving as a first piston, the first friction wheel is sleeved on the second friction wheel, the first friction wheel moves axially along with the second friction wheel, rotation directions of the first friction wheel and the second friction wheel are opposite, a second piston is arranged at the first end of the second friction wheel, and a first return mechanism is arranged between the second piston and the second friction wheel. According to the friction screw press, forward and reverse rotation of the flywheel is achieved by controlling the first friction wheel and the second friction wheel, and the distance between the first edge and the second edge which are in contact with the first friction wheel and the second friction wheel is short, so that the gravity center of the flywheel is reduced, the whole press is compact in structure and conformant to the current development trend.
