Example Embodiment

[0015] The embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0016] Such as figure 1 As shown, a preoperative cross positioning method for the spine uses four thin metal needles 2 that cannot be penetrated by X-rays or other fluoroscopic rays, and an outer rubber layer 1. The two crosses penetrate each other to form opposite sides respectively parallel "#" shaped positioning frame; place the positioning frame on the patient's back where it needs to be positioned, observe the part of the patient through ray fluoroscopy, adjust the position of the positioning frame according to the position where injection is required, until there are two thin metal needles in the "#" positioning frame One of the intersections of the fluoroscopy coincides with the injection point; after the fluoroscopy, mark the intersection at the intersection to accurately obtain the injection point you need to find at one time.

Abstract

The invention provides a cross positioning method before a spine surgery. Thin metal pins through which a ray cannot pass are adopted; a rubber layer is coated outside each thin metal pin; two thin meta pins are intersected and penetrated with each other to form a #-shaped locating rack of which opposite sides are respectively parallel; the locating rack is put on the position to be located on the back of a sufferer; a local part of the sufferer is observed through the ray in a perspective manner; the locating rack is adjusted according to the position to be injected until an intersection point of the locating rack overlaps with an injection point; the injection point to be searched can be accurately obtained one time by marking on the intersection point. The cross positioning method is fast and accurate to locate; redundant operations for locating a plurality of times and the pain of the sufferer caused by the redundant operations are avoided; the rubber layers coated outside the thin metal pins are large in friction force, so that the locating rack can be prevented from sliding on the body of the sufferer in the locating process. Thus, locating is more accurate; the material for fabricating the locating rack is low in cost; the cross positioning method is convenient to popularize and use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of spinal surgery positioning methods, and in particular relates to a preoperative cross positioning method of the spine. Background technique [0002] It is known that it is often necessary to inject medicine into a certain section of the patient's spine before spinal surgery. Due to the small gap in the spine and the nervousness of the patient when being injected, it is often difficult for medical staff to find an accurate injection location. At present, the practice of major hospitals is usually to use X-ray or other perspective light for irradiation. After roughly determining the position, a thin needle is inserted at the injection point, and then the accuracy of the selected position is confirmed again through perspective. If the position is misaligned, the thin needle needs to be pulled out and reinserted to adjust. This operation has to be repeated many times before the exact injection position can be determin...
