Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a microstructure body, which can include a functional substance that is sensitive to heat, can enable sufficient hardness, and can minimize the loss of the functional substance. The method for manufacturing the microstructure body, according to the present invention, comprises the following steps: forming a bottom layer by coating an adhesive substance on a plate-shaped first substrate and then drying; spotting an adhesive composition on a plurality of spots, which are separated away from each other, on the bottom layer; tensioning the adhesive composition by relatively moving a second substrate with regard to the first substrate; solidifying the tensioned adhesive composition; and cutting the solidified adhesive composition.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing microstructures such as microneedles using air blowing technology. Background technique [0002] Although various drugs and phytonutrients have been developed for the treatment of diseases, there are still some aspects that need to be improved during the process of infusion into the human body, such as crossing biological barriers (e.g., skin, oral mucosa, blood-brain barrier, etc.) Delivery and drug delivery efficiency. [0003] Generally, drugs and phytonutrients are taken orally in tablet or capsule form. However, since various drugs are digested or absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract or lost due to the mechanism of the liver, these drugs cannot be efficiently delivered only by such oral administration. In addition, some drugs do not diffuse efficiently across the intestinal mucosa. In addition, patient medication adherence is an issue (for example, patients who need to take their medi...
