The modified rubber master batch comprises an uncrosslinked rubber and crosslinked-structure nitrile-butadiene rubber particles dispersed in the uncrosslinked rubber, wherein the average particle size of the nitrile-butadiene rubber particles is 50-200 nm; the gel content is 60 wt% or higher; the uncrosslinked rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber; and the weight ratio of the crosslinked nitrile-butadiene rubber particles to the uncrosslinked rubber is more than 20:80 and less than or equal to 80:20. The oil-extended solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of modified rubber master batch and 1-70 parts by weight of oil-extended solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber which are blended.
