The machine head assembly comprises a case, an air filter, an air inlet valve, a stator, a rotor and an gas-oil separation device, wherein the case comprises a first end cover, a barrel and a second end cover; the air filter is used for filtering sucked air; the air inlet valve is used for controlling the amount of the air sucked from the air filter and connected with the first end cover; the stator and the rotor are used for compressing the sucked air and mixing the compressed air with lubricating oil to form an gas-oil mixture arranged in the barrel, and the rotor is eccentrically arranged in the stator; a plurality of chutes are formed in the rotor axially, a sliding sheet is arranged in each chute, and the stator, the rotor and the adjacent sliding sheets form a compression unit; and the gas-oil separation device is used for separating the lubricating oil from the gas-oil mixture and connected with the barrel. By means of the machine head assembly and the air compressor, the air can be effectively compressed and discharged to be supplied to an air using system, so that the lubricating oil and the air are fully separated, and the problems of lubricating oil emulsification and the like are solved.
