Abstract

The device comprises a card recycle box, a card reader with a card channel, a card retaining and dispensing mechanism, a control unit and a lifting mechanism used for driving the card recycle box to lift. The card recycle box comprises a shell and a plurality of card accommodating grooves. The shell is provided with a card outlet. The card accommodating grooves which are arranged in the shell and distributed along the up-down direction extend towards the card outlet. A card pushing-out mechanism is arranged at one end, away from the card outlet, of each card accommodating groove. The card retaining and dispensing mechanism is positioned between the card channel and the card outlet, and comprises a pair of conveying mechanisms and a driving mechanism. The conveying mechanisms are distributed along the up-down direction, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the conveying mechanisms to rotate. A card retaining and dispensing channel capable of clamping the upper surface and the lower surface of a card is formed between the conveying mechanisms and is aligned at the inner end of the card channel.
