Abstract

The nanometer modified composite packaging material comprises a polypropylene resin, processing modifiers, an antioxidant, a plasticizer and a lubricant, wherein the processing modifiers comprise nanometer silica, a polystyrene resin and nanometer montmorillonite, and the nanometer modified composite packaging material concretely comprises, by weight, 100 parts of the polypropylene resin, 1.8 parts of nanometer silica, 6.5 parts of the polystyrene resin, 10 parts of the nanometer montmorillonite, 0.6 parts of a titanate coupling agent, 0.3 parts of the antioxidant, 3 parts of the plasticizer and 2 parts of a lubricant. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity and high operation feasibility, and effectively improves the problems of brittleness, bad toughness, high molding shrinkage and the like of polypropylene through the comprehensive modification treatment by adopting the nanometer silica, polystyrene and montmorillonite; and a packaging film made in the invention has excellent service and processing performances.
