The invention discloses a novel single-phase voltage regulating and transforming system which comprises a single-phase voltage regulating controller, an alternating current contactor, a voltage stabilization inversion manager, a single-phase auto-transformer and a moulded case circuit breaker. The novel single-phase voltage regulating and transforming system is structurally characterized in that the single-phase voltage regulating controller is connected with the alternating current contactor through a copper conductor, the moulded case circuit breaker is connected with the voltage stabilization inversion manager through a copper conductor, the voltage stabilization inversion manager is connected with the alternating current contactor through a copper conductor, and the alternating current contactor is connected with the single-phase auto-transformer through a copper conductor. The single-phase voltage regulating controller automatically tracks the voltage change of a single-phase line to control the alternating current contactor in a corresponding channel to switch on or switch off so as to change the position of a shunting tap in the single-phase auto-transformer, so that the transformation ratio of the single-phase auto-transformer is changed, the effective number of turns of the single-phase auto-transformer is changed, and voltage regulation is achieved. The voltage stabilization inversion manager can regulate unstable voltages input from a live line and a null line of the moulded case circuit breaker to be stable output voltages for the alternating current contactor to use. The novel single-phase voltage regulating and transforming system achieves the purpose of intelligently regulating voltages.
