Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a tool and method for measuring the sediment thickness during the construction of cast-in-place piles and underground diaphragm walls, so as to solve the defects of the existing sediment thickness measuring instruments, which are accurate in measurement, easy to operate, and greatly reduce the pressure of the measuring needle. The resistance when sinking and lifting can be accurately inserted into the bottom of the sediment to ensure the accuracy of the thickness measurement of the sediment

Embodiment 1

[0038] The present invention is a tool for measuring the sediment thickness during the construction of cast-in-place piles and underground diaphragm walls, which includes a shuttle-type measuring needle 1, a circular vertical sleeve 2, a circular measuring cake 3, measuring ropes 4-5, and sediment at the bottom of a hole or groove for 6.

[0039] The bottom end of the shuttle-type stylus 1 is sharp, the middle part is a smooth curve bulging on the surface, and the top end is provided with a screw cap for connecting the measuring rope 4 . The length of the shuttle-type stylus 1 is about 40 cm, and the maximum diameter of the bulging part in the middle is 8 cm. The circular vertical sleeve 2 is connected with the circular cake measuring 3 chassis by 4 evenly distributed steel nails on the edge of the chassis. The diameter of the outer edge of the chassis of the circular vertical sleeve 2 and the circular cake 3 is consistent (both 25cm), but the thickness is different (5mm and ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a tool and method for measuring the thickness of sediment during construction of cast-in-place piles and underground diaphragm walls. The tool comprises a shuttle-type measuring pin, a circular vertical sleeve, a circular cake-shaped measuring piece and measuring ropes. A screw cap connected with the measuring rope I is arranged at the top end of the shuttle-type measuring pin. The circular vertical sleeve is connected with a base plate of the circular cake-shaped measuring piece through four steel nails, wherein the four steel nails are evenly distributed on the edge of a base plate of the circular vertical sleeve, and the head portions and the tail portions of the steel nails are removed. Two circular holes which are coaxial and equal in size are formed in the center of the circular vertical sleeve and the center of the circular cake-shaped measuring piece respectively. Hollow cylinders equal in size are welded in the two circular holes respectively. Four matched screw caps are evenly distributed at the top end of the hollow cylinder of the circular vertical sleeve and used for binding one ends of four measuring ropes II equal in length respectively, and the other ends of the four measuring ropes II are knotted together and are then connected with a single measuring rope II. The shuttle-type measuring pin can penetrate through the two hollow cylinders successfully. The tool is accurate in measurement and convenient to operate; the resistance caused when the measuring pin sinks and is lifted is greatly reduced, the measuring pin can be accurately inserted into the bottom of the sediment, and therefore the accuracy in measuring the thickness of the sediment is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of measuring the sediment thickness of cast-in-situ piles and underground diaphragm walls during geotechnical engineering construction, and in particular relates to a tool and method for measuring the sediment thickness of cast-in-place piles and underground diaphragm walls during construction. Background technique [0002] At present, cast-in-situ piles and underground diaphragm walls are very commonly used in foundation pit engineering. The cast-in-situ piles can be used as engineering piles to bear the load of the upper floor, and can also be used as enclosure piles to enclose the soil around the foundation pit when excavating the foundation pit. The underground diaphragm wall is usually used as an enclosure wall that takes into account both soil retaining and water sealing when excavating a foundation pit. During the construction of cast-in-situ piles or underground diaphragm walls, different special equipment ar...
