blood sugar, protecting the

lactobacillus paracasei nbk-LC16 provided by the invention has relatively strong
acid resistance and cholate resistance, is good in tolerance in artificial gastric juice and artificial
intestinal juice, and can effectively reduce
blood sugar and inhibit
streptococcus mutans. The influence of the
lactobacillus paracasei nbk-LC16 on hyperglycemia mice is studied, and after the
lactobacillus paracasei nbk-LC16 is perfused, compared with model group mice, the weight of the hyperglycemia mice is remarkably increased in 8W, the liver index and the
spleen index are remarkably reduced, FBG and PBG are remarkably reduced, the HbA1c and
insulin levels are remarkably reduced, and the hepatoglycogen content is increased. Test results show that the
lactobacillus paracasei nbk-LC16 can regulate blood glucose by regulating
insulin level and HbA1c and promoting conversion of blood glucose into
hepatic glycogen. Researches on the inhibitioneffect of the
streptococcus mutans strain on
streptococcus mutans show that the
streptococcus mutans strain can be effectively inhibited through in-vitro tests and oral test results, and the
oral cavity and tooth health can be protected; meanwhile, the anti-depression effect is achieved.
