The movable beam cooling loops comprise two loops formed by three sections of movable supporting beams and one loop formed by two sections of movable supporting beams, and the fixed beam cooling loops comprise two loops formed by three sections of fixed supporting beams and two loops formed by two sections of fixed supporting beams.
