[0032] The configuration of the first embodiment will be described below. Figure 1A to Figure 5B The structure of the terminal of the linear solenoid to which the first embodiment of the present invention is applied is shown.

[0033] The hydraulic control system of the present embodiment is for transmission control of an automatic transmission provided in a vehicle such as an automobile. The housing of the automatic transmission is constructed from the combination of the automatic transmission (gearbox) and the oil pan. The torque converter is composed of a pump, a turbine, a stator, etc., and a multi-stage gear transmission mechanism of the turbine connected to the torque converter is housed in the automatic transmission. The transmission mechanism includes frictional engagement elements (clutches or brakes) that are engaged or disengaged according to oil pressure supplied from a hydraulic control system. In an automatic transmission, the range of movement is changed acco...

Abstract

The invention discloses a solenoid, which includes a coil, a post-formed terminal and a yoke. The post-formed terminal includes an inner connection portion and an outer connection portion. The internal connection portion is conductively bonded to a conductor forming the coil, or to a conductor connected to the coil. The external connection parts are mounted and connected to corresponding terminals. The yoke forms a magnetic circuit together with the coil. Post-formed terminals are disposed on the upper surface of the yoke. The outer connection part is integrally constructed with the inner connection part. The post-formed terminal is formed by applying a bend or twist to an intermediate portion between the pre-terminal-formed inner connection portion and the outer connection portion protruding outward from the upper surface of the yoke in a direction along the central axis of the coil.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a solenoid having a terminal having a fork terminal (female terminal) mounted and connected to a tab terminal (male terminal) of a corresponding terminal. Specifically, the present invention relates to a solenoid for driving an electromagnetic actuator of a movable body. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 9, a method for moving the spool J1 (the spool J1 is the valve adjustment element of the spool control valve) toward the adjustment screw J4 (towards the opening of the spool hole J3) is shown. An electromagnetic actuator (hereinafter referred to as a solenoid) is placed through the spool hole J3 of the sleeve J2 (see, eg, Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2009-0084753). For this solenoid, a solenoid is known which includes a plunger 101, a fixed core on the inner peripheral side of the coil (cylindrical stator cores 102, 103, a reluctance portion 104), a fixed core on the outer ...
