Problems solved by technology

Tripolyphosphate has been proven to be a very effective detergent builder. Because phosphorus can lead to eutrophication of water bodies, under the pressure of environmental protection, the laws of various countries have restricted the use of tripolyphosphate in detergents to varying degrees.
There is no literature report that under the water environment with hardness higher than 250ppm, the detergent composition containing lignosulfonate has enhanced cleaning and stain removal performance, and there is no mention of the structural parameters of lignosulfonate such as sulfonation degree, molecular weight , surface properties can lead to differences in their buildability

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the detergency of a detergent composition under a high-hardness water quality environment. The method is characterized in that the lignosulfonate is adopted, wherein the lignosulfonate meets the following conditions (a1), (a2) and (a3): (a1) the surface tension of 1% lignosulfonate aqueous solution is lower than 50mN / m; (a2) the weight-average molecular weight of the lignosulfonate ranges from 3000 Daltons to 6000 Daltons; and (a3) the number of sulfonate groups in lignosulfonate molecular weight in every 1000 units in the lignosulfonate ranges from 2.0 to 3.5. The detergent composition containing the lignosulfonate has the enhanced detergency in the high-hardness water.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the use of lignosulfonate as a method for improving the washing performance of a detergent composition in a high hardness water environment, in particular to a detergent composition suitable for use in a high hardness water environment, especially a detergent containing lignosulfonate combination. Background technique [0002] In a common washing process, detergent is mixed with tap water to form a cleaning solution that is used to clean soiled substrates. The active components of the detergent, such as surfactants, enzyme preparations, detergent auxiliaries, etc., will elute and decompose the stains by contacting them, and disperse the stains and their fragments stably in the cleaning solution. Then as the washing process progresses, the stains and their debris are carried away from the washing system with the cleaning solution. [0003] However, hard water ions present in water reduce the washing performance of dete...
