Abstract

The invention relates to a fixed connecting structure of a steel tube arch rib and a steel box girder. A steel box girder longitudinal web, a supporting beam and transverse partition boards on two sides are welded with the inside of the steel box girder. Outer side plates of a rectangular structure, an inner partition board of a rectangular structure, a bottom plate of a rectangular structure and a top plate of a rectangular structure are arranged on the positions, corresponding to the longitudinal web and the two transverse partition boards on the two sides of the supporting beam, of top of the steel box girder in a penetration welding mode. The steel tube arch rib extends into the rectangular structure and form a whole with the rectangular structure in a penetration welding mode. The steel tube arch rib and the four walls of the rectangular structure are provided with a first longitudinal connecting plate, a second longitudinal connecting plate, a third longitudinal connecting plate and a transverse partition board in a penetration welding mode. The rectangular structure is arranged on the position, corresponding to the longitudinal web and the transverse partition boards, of the top face of the steel box girder in a penetration welding mode, and the steel tube arch rib extends into the rectangular structure and form the whole with the rectangular structure, so that force of the steel tube arch rib is reliably transmitted to the steel box girder through the rectangular structure. The steel tube arch rib is connected with the steel box girder through the rectangular structure, so that the fixed connecting structure is good in integrity, smooth in force transmission, good in anti-fatigue performance, easy to manufacture in factories, and capable of guaranteeing welding quality.
