The solar power system comprises a solar cell panel, a charging/discharging controller and a storage battery; a heat-insulation layer is arranged on the outer part of the bait box; the solar cell panel is mounted on the outer part of the heat-insulation layer. The net cage feeding device takes the solar power system as an electric energy source and utilizes the refrigerating system to guarantee the quality of the bait on the basis of realizing automatic feeding; baits still have good quality in a high-temperature summer season. The net cage feeding device adopts a frequency-conversion refrigerating control method to adjust the rotary speed of a frequency-conversion compressor, and the adjustment of a refrigeration capability output by the refrigeration system is indirectly realized.
