Abstract

An electromagnetic valve test platform comprises an electromagnetic valve performance test test-bed and a measuring and control device. The electromagnetic valve performance test test-bed mainly comprises a hydraulic circuit and a control cavity. The hydraulic circuit is connected with the electromagnetic valve to be tested by virtue of an oil path, and the electromagnetic valve to be tested is connected with an interface of the control cavity by virtue of the oil path. The measuring and control device comprises a LabVIEW test platform, a data collection card, a plurality of sensors and a microcomputer. The microcomputer is connected with the data collection card by virtue of a wiring harness, and then the data collection card is connected with each sensor by virtue of a circuit. The electromagnetic valve test platform has the characteristics of high integration level, strong reliability, high intellectualization level and the like, and can be used for performing electromagnetic valve flow property and response property test, anti-vibration and anti-oil pollution capacity test and reliability test, and the development period of the electromagnetic valve is shortened.
