A prototype system for the method mainly comprises a resource service modeling description module, a functional service modeling description module and an application-oriented networking simulation service modeling description module. The semantic description method comprises the concrete implementation steps: performing attribute description on various modeling simulation resources in a networking simulation platform by the resource service modeling description module; describing a functional service attribute, an interface and a service process by the functional service modeling description module; performing the static contact and dynamic logic modeling description on the networking simulation service on the basis of the networking simulation service modeling description module. According to the semantic description method, the modeling description problem of various simulation service resources characterized by different granularity, isomerism, distribution, and the like, in engineering application is solved, and the effectiveness and the reusability of various simulation service resource descriptions in networking simulation engineering application are ensured.
