Abstract

The invention discloses a road vehicle detection system by use of fiber sensing. The system comprises a fiber sensing system and a signal processing system. The fiber sensing system comprises a laser. The emission optical path of the laser is provided with a first coupler for introducing laser to two fibers; the rail ends of the two fibers are connected with a second coupler; one output path of the second coupler is provided with a first photoelectric detector; and the other output path is provided with a second photoelectric detector. The signal processing system comprises a difference amplifier connected with the output ends of the first photoelectric detector and the second photoelectric detector. The output of the difference amplifier is connected with a band pass filter; the output of the band pass filter is connected with a DSP module through an AD converter; the output of the difference amplifier and a reference voltage are inputted into a comparator together; and the output of the comparator is also connected with the DSP module.
