The receiving and analyzing device comprises an interface circuit, an FPGA module, an industrial control core CPU and an external DDR3. The FPGA module comprises a frame recognition and verification module, a frame counting module, a timing and second interruption generating module, a frame capturing module, an analyzing module and a cache module. The interface circuit is used for converting physical electric signals of network data to digital signals. The FPGA module is used for analyzing and processing VL data frames of the digital signals, and storing the data captured in real time to the external DDR3.
