The full-automatic calibration control system comprises an automatic control module, a sample tank hoisting module, a mercury lamp hoisting module, a diaphragm motor module and upper computer software, wherein the automatic control module and the upper computer software are communicated so as to realize the control on the sample tank hoisting module, the mercury lamp hoisting module and the diaphragm motor module. The full-automatic calibration control system has the beneficial effects that all the modules are fully automatically controlled by RS485 communication. An optical coupler is used for positioning hoisting positions of a sample tank and a mercury lamp and the accuracy is very high. The sample tank does not need to be moved and replaced and only concentrations and types of gases in the sample tank need to be replaced, so that system calibration light paths of each time are the same.
