Abstract
The invention discloses a novel caulking adhesive for a concrete precast element. The novel caulking adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of epoxy resin (E-42), 6-8 parts of ethylenediamine, 10-20 parts of acetone, 10-20 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 3-8 parts of cresyl diisocyanate, 10-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 8-12 parts of talcum powder and 4-8 parts of polyethylene glycol ether. Compared with the prior art, the novel caulking adhesive has the advantages that the adhesive strength of the epoxy caulking adhesive between cracks of the concrete precast element treated by the caulking adhesive is greatly higher than that of concrete self.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete additives, and more specifically relates to a novel caulking adhesive for prefabricated concrete parts. Background technique [0002] Concrete prefabricated parts are widely used, and cracks may appear during use. They should be repaired and bonded in time, otherwise their use effect will be easily affected. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art and provide a novel caulking adhesive for prefabricated concrete parts. [0004] To achieve the above object, the present invention has taken the following technical solutions: [0005] A novel concrete prefabricated caulking adhesive consists of the following components in parts by weight: [0006] Epoxy resin (E-42): 100~120, ethylenediamine: 6~8, acetone: 10~20, [0007] Dibutyl phthalate: 10~20, Tolyl diisocyanate: 3~8, [0008] Titanium dioxide: 10-20, talcum pow...
