Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: adding a persulphate and OMS-2 into a wastewater solution; stirring for reacting, wherein persulphate generates sulfate radicals and hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidizing properties under the action of the OMS-2; and the radicals further oxidize persistent organic pollutants in the wastewater to finally degrade the organic wastewater. The OMS-2 added can persistently and efficiently catalyze and activate persulphate to degrade the organic wastewater and can be recycled and reused after reaction, so that the method is wide in application pH range, high in treatment efficiency at normal temperature and simple to operate and has a huge application prospect in the field of treatment of persistent organic wastewater.
