The water circulation system comprises a water-supplement higher-place pond, a biological pond, ultraviolet disinfection equipment, a water body aerator and a culture pond which are connected in order through pipelines and a residual-feed excrement collector, a sieve bend filtering basin and a protein separator which are connected through pipelines from a sewage draining exit of the culture pond. The protein separator is connected with a water inlet of the biological pond through a pump body. An inflow disinfection and oxygenation process formed by the ultraviolet disinfection equipment and the water body aerator and an effluent filtration and purification process formed by the residual-feed excrement collector, the sieve bend filtering basin and the protein separator are arranged between the biological pond and the culture pond. In addition, with a purification function of the biological pond and water supplement of the water-supplement higher-place pond for the biological pond, a complete set of circulation system is formed.
