The device mainly comprises a service reservoir (1), a storage reservoir (2) and planting pools (3-14), wherein the service reservoir (1) is connected with the planting pools (3-14) through a pipeline; different wetland plants and combination thereof are planted in the planting pools (3-14). The sewage in the service reservoir (1) is pumped into the planting pools (3-14), and the cyclical characteristics of phosphorus in the wetland are studied by regularly monitoring the concentration of phosphorus in different forms in the planting pools. The device can be used for comprehensively studying the influence of inflow rate, water depth and vegetation type on the phosphorus cycle process so as to provide scientific basis for wetland restoration.
