Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared rapid determination method of gallic acid content in terminalia chebula retz. According to the method, a near infrared prediction model for the gallic acid content in the terminalia chebula retz can be established by combination of near infrared spectroscopy technology and partial least squares, the analysis determination of the gallic acid content in the terminalia chebula retz can be realized by use of the near infrared prediction model, compared with a conventional determination method of gallic acid, the method is a rapid and nondestructive determination method, and analysis and validation show that the near infrared prediction model obtained by the method is used in prediction of the gallic acid content in the terminalia chebula retz, has the advantages of strong stability, high accuracy and good repeatability; and the method provides the experimental basis for testing the quality of the terminalia chebula retz, and provides new ideas for quality identification of some other plants.
